Policy

Silvertip Fitness LLC ("GRIT," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the GRIT website and mobile applications (the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Who We Are

GRIT is a fitness and wellness platform operated by Silvertip Fitness LLC, a Silvertip Fitness company. We provide training programs, meal plans, progress tracking, challenges, and a community ambassador program through our website and our forthcoming mobile app. This policy applies to all of these Services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Services, and information from the third-party providers that help us operate.

Account details. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and login credentials. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed and managed by our authentication provider.

Payment information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and billing credentials are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only limited details such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration date, billing country, and subscription status.

Workout and program preferences. To deliver and personalize your training we collect the program you select, workouts you complete, check-ins, challenge participation, streaks, and progress you log over time.

Optional profile information. You may choose to provide additional details — such as goals, body metrics you log (e.g., weight), photos, or other profile fields. This information is optional and is used only to power the features you engage with.

Usage and device data. Like most online services, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps. This helps us keep the Services secure and improve performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • →Create and manage your account and authenticate your logins.
  • →Provide your programs, meal plans, challenges, and progress tracking.
  • →Process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and ambassador payouts.
  • →Personalize your experience and surface the content most relevant to your goals.
  • →Send transactional messages such as receipts, renewal notices, and account or security alerts.
  • →Send product updates and marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
  • →Monitor, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and develop new features.
  • →Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
  • →Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Services, and understand how the platform is used. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics and performance cookies help us measure and improve the experience.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics and error-monitoring tools to understand aggregate usage trends and to diagnose technical issues. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted service providers to operate GRIT. These providers process information only as needed to perform their services for us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

  • →Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and ambassador payouts.
  • →Supabase — secure database, authentication, and storage of your account and app data.
  • →Vercel — website and application hosting and content delivery.
  • →Apple Pay — an optional payment method offered through Stripe on supported devices; payment is authorized by Apple and tokenized, so we never receive your card number.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with these providers, with professional advisors, or when required by law, as described below.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances: with the service providers listed above; to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members, the public, and GRIT; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

Coaches. If you link with a GRIT coach through the coach marketplace, that coach can view your workouts, check-ins, measurements, and training plans so they can coach you. Coaches are independent contractors — not employees of GRIT — and their handling of information you share with them directly (for example, over text or email) is governed by their own practices, not this policy.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed credentials, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records — for example, transaction and tax records — to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • →Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • →Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • →Delete your personal information.
  • →Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • →Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • →Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at gritdothework@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights (CCPA and Others)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise your California rights, and residents of other U.S. states with comparable privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) may exercise the equivalent rights available to them, by contacting us at gritdothework@gmail.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we will take steps to verify the request before fulfilling it.

11. Children's Privacy

GRIT is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at gritdothework@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it. Members under the age of 18 should review this policy with a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
